岗位职责
1. Handle accounting duties for Yichun office including
-Maintenance of Bankbook and Cash book
-Payment of suppliers' invoices
-Auditing of employee claims
-Prepare month end closing
-Pepare monthly Bank Reconciliation
-Compute & handle payment of various taxes and handle queries from Tax Authority/other govenment bodies
-Fixed asset management
2. Handle HR & Admin duties for Yichun office including
- Recruitment
-Monthly payroll processing
-Staff social insurance
-Staff Welfare
-Performance Appraisal
-Admin matter
